The client is a reputable and established architectural firm that has been delivering high-quality design solutions for over 60 years. With a team of qualified and experienced architects, the client offers a range of services, from feasibility studies to contract administration, across different sectors such as commercial, residential, education, health and heritage.

**Your new role**

As an Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for the detailed documentation of architectural projects in collaboration with the design team, clients and other stakeholders. You will also contribute to the design and planning as needed, prepare hand-drawn sketches, liaise and coordinate with external subconsultants, provide advice and solutions during construction, and participate in tendering processes and contract administration.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a TAFE or tertiary qualification in architecture, architectural technology or relevant field. You will also need to have high-level CAD and Revit skills, as well as good design, technical and communication skills. You will need to have a good understanding of the NCC requirements, Australian Standards and other applicable legislation and codes of practice. You will need to have a passion for architecture and a strong focus on customer needs and requirements.
