Additional Services Consultant

**About the Role**
The Additional Services Consultant is responsible for providing coaching and support to care home administrative teams in maintaining and executing the Additional Services program.
With a focus on achieving compliance, this role will interrogate data, prepare reports and track adherence to Bupa Additional Services polices and process as well as the legislation. Working with the care homes to ensure all risks are mitigated with regards to charging residents and not offering the service or delivering the product or service to one or more residents including:
- Completing periodic audits as scheduled
- Maintaining compliance against legislation and internal Bupa policies and processes.
- Communicating risks and issues with maintaining compliance with the program
- Maintaining Resident Additional Services current and historical activity report in Checked In Care (i.e. service and fees they have in place today, and history of any changes, substitute service or discount due to lack of clinical capacity).
- Complete the Capacity to Benefit quarterly review process in LeeCare.
- Utilise all compliance tools in each care home.
- Ensure services are appropriately charged for and delivered in line with commitments in the program, including coordination of the care home AS trackers, substitution program monitoring, and that quarterly reviews are completed in line with controls implemented.
- Update Check In Care with change in residents Additional Services products
- Ensure residents are invoiced correctly according to the selected Additional Services products.
- Ensure services are appropriately charged for and delivered in line with commitments in the program, including coordination of the care home AS trackers, substitution program monitoring, and that quarterly reviews are completed in line with controls implemented

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or Sales role
- Proven track record to achieve set targets with consistent results
- Experience in effectively dealing with customers, including handling objections and complaints
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to contribute as a member of high performing team
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to self-manage performance against business requirements
