**Job Description**:
**NextGen** is looking for an experienced **Infrastructure Program Manager** to establish, run and continually improve our project delivery process.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Setup the project initiation process including gates and governance.
- Project manage active projects ensuring deliverables are on time, quality and budget.
- Maintain regular reporting and escalations of projects.
- Work with the Platform team leads, technical architects and various stakeholders across the business to gain a thorough understanding of project scopes and deliverables.
- Ensure designs and estimate documents are in place and complete by working effectively with the Platforms Technical Architect.
- Work with CTO, Tech Architects and Team Leads to ensure designs are reviewed and signed-off.
**What Performance Looks Like**
- There is clear visibility of each project during the initiation / inception / business case stages.
- Project business case, design and implementation plans are in place, complete, updated and signed-off.
- Projects are presented to the executive team for endorsement including business value and prioritisation.
- Regular cadence project status meetings are occurring.
- Projects are delivered on time with the scope, budget and project closure reports produced.
**Qualifications**:
**Mandatory**
- Min 10 years experience as a project manager in medium to large size companies.
- Min 5 years experience managing projects in the IT Infrastructure space.
- Project management certification.
**Desirable**
- Agile training and certification
- Financial industry background
- Ability to advocate and sponsor change
