**Technology Service Officer - Neerabup, WA.**

We are seeking a **Technology Service Officer** to join our Information Systems team in a full-time permanent role based at our Neerabup head office alongside our state-of-the-art 24/7 manufacturing plant.

This hands-on role is responsible for the day to day trouble shooting for employees needing assistance with technology issues on various IT systems. You will be the first port of call and if unable to assist will utilise the helpdesk system to assign tasks to various expert members of the IS team for resolution.

To be successful in this position you require a comprehensive understanding IT systems, possess an inquisitive mind, a can-do attitude, love problem solving, and be willing to learn and develop your career.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Identify the issue and assist the caller through the required steps to resolution.
- Escalate issues to other team members as required.
- Update the ticketing system to ensure all calls are logged and attended to in a timely manner.
- Record issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Continuous upskilling of personal knowledge of systems and resolutions.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Degree qualified in computer science or information technology.
- New graduates encouraged to apply.
- Well-developed critical thinking/problem solving skills.
- Desire and ability to build strong networks internally and externally.
- Experience in a similar role desirable but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time management, organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and desire to assist people.
- Experienced in troubleshooting MS Office, Outlook, Excel.
- Aptitude for information technology specifically PC and mobile devices.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Proof of rights to work in Australia.
- Current National Police Clearance or willing to obtain at own cost (essential).
- Ability to complete a comprehensive Pre-Employment Medical, including a drug and alcohol screening with the company’s provider.

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
