**Who are we?**

Allday Construction provides earthworks services to boutique builders and civil contractors in Perth, Western Australia. The recycling division, Allday Recycling, is open to the public accepting construction and demolition waste at the Neerabup facility, which converts the waste into recycled products which are re-sold.

**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team, currently 10 full time staff, based in Neerabup.

There are a number of set processes to action daily and weekly, the rest of the time is dynamic and re-active or rather pro-active to business requirements to ensure smooth running and optimum productivity.

**Key Duties**:

- Purchasing - Maintaining stock, researching and ordering supplies for the office & plant maintenance, liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers etc.
- Accounts payable and receivable - support to accounts manager: MYOB data entry, reconciling/checking suppliers’ invoices etc
- Answering the phones and taking earthworks bookings
- Serving Customers; POS payments
- HR - inductions of entry level staff, maintain various registers
- OHS - incident management, JSA, SWMS and other related forms
- Office management (one reporting member of staff)
- Support to director and office manager

**About You**
- Experience with MYOB accounting software highly regarded but not essential
- Preferred experience in the plant hire, transport, earthworks or waste industry
- General administration and support experience
- Management experience especially in a small team; take ownership of tasks, gather information, make decisions and follow up to ensure tasks are complete
- HIGH attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have positive friendly attitude

The role is full time Monday - Friday.

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
