**About the opportunity**

This bakery and cafe is at the heart of a popular beachside suburb on the Mornington Peninsula and they have rave reviews for their increible breads, pastries and pizzas.

Our client is looking for a front of house leader who is able to coach teams through service whilst involved in the heart of the operation - from customer service and assisting the Barista, to managing orders and working with local businesses.

The Owners are very connected with their business so you can expect to work shoulder to shoulder with them most days of the week.

They expect like minded leaders in the business who strive for high standards in a very relaxed customer environment.

We're very keen to connect with all Hospitality Managers who have experience in cafes and restaurants, ideally leaders with 2+ years experience as an Assistant Manager, Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar.
