An opportunity has become available for an Advisors (Diversity and Inclusion) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 10 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Plan, deliver and raise corporate awareness of significant diversity and inclusion programs
- Monitor and report on Equal Employment Opportunity and wellbeing data to assist with analysis and optimisation through various sources
- Coordinate effective consultation services with managers and stakeholders on contemporary diversity, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives, policies and practices
- Monitor and report on the achievement of required outcomes and targets for diversity and inclusion programs, providing feedback to management on new and emerging opportunities
- Create communication and marketing strategies to promote diversity and inclusion programs, promoting and encouraging employees to be aware of and commit to workplace diversity and inclusion principles

About you

**To be successful in this position you will require**:

- While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded
- Evidence of vaccination, and remain vaccinated against - COVID 19
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed

Salary
- Permanent full time
- Base salary ranging from $94 759 - $103 102 per annum
