Our centre features an innovative intergenerational program in partnership with Rockpool Residential Aged Care, offering meaningful and enriching experiences that benefit both the children and the Rockpool residents.

As one of our highly valued Lead Educators, you’ll support and guide children’s learning and development, so they become curious, capable, and confident lifelong learners.

**What you’ll bring**

Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards:

- A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
