**Position**: Educator
**Location**: The Children's House, Northern Gold Coast
**Terms**: Flexible hours Available (Full-Time, Part-Time, or Casual) with a generous above-award salary.

**Role Description**:
As an Educator at The Children's House, you will be an essential part of our enchanting learning environment, both indoors and outdoors. Your role will include:

- _**Supportive Guide**:_ Assisting with our holistic, child-led program, encouraging independence, fostering curiosity, and nurturing empathy—all while creating a genuine sense of community.
- _**Guardian of Well-being**:_Providing gentle guidance and supervision, ensuring our children feel safe, supported, and emotionally secure as they explore their world.
- _**Nature Explorer**:_Leading outdoor adventures in our magical garden and beyond, inspiring children to connect with nature and develop a love for the environment.
- _**Creative Spark**_**: Encouraging artistic expression and cultural exploration through stories, music, movement, a nd hands-on activities, helping each child's unique talents shine.

**Essentials**:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
- At least 12 months of experience in a childcare centre, preschool, or similar setting
- Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
- Current valid Blue Card
- A genuine interest in holistic, child centred education

Pay: $30.66 - $37.56 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
