**Your opportunity**
Exciting **Finance Analyst **opportunity at Scentre Group Collaborate with and support our **Customer Solutions Teams **, providing financial analysis, accurate reporting (actuals, forecasts, budgets), financial modeling, and becoming a trusted business partner.
- **Financial and Management Reporting**:
- Preparation and delivery of accurate management reporting, variance analysis and insights for monthly reporting, budget and forecast processes for the Customer Solutions Teams.
- Role may include preparation and delivery of compliance matters including half-year and year-end audit process, ensuring accuracy and consistent treatment of accounting issues
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Analytical support to internal and external stakeholders to deliver on strategic plan. Support the end-to-end financial process by engaging with and influencing operational business partners and cross functional finance teams; to gain alignment on commercial outcomes.
- **Managing deliverables**:
- Prioritise work so that regular timetabled deliverables are delivered on time and are of a consistent quality while working on ad hoc work
- **Innovation ‐ **Support the delivery of a range of Finance Plan on a Page initiatives that help Scentre Group achieve its strategic objectives

We’re looking for a self-motivated, confident, and detail-orientated individual, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and proven ability to business partner.
- Strong commercial acumen and excel modelling skills.
- Demonstrate well-rounded knowledge of technical accounting matters
- Undergraduate degree, plus CA
- or CPA qualification or similar level of practical experience
- Knowledge of JDE, TM1 and advanced Excel preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Curious mindset
