**Role Overview**:
**Position Type**:Casual/Part-Time with potential for Full-Time

**Key Qualification**:ACM30122 Certificate III in Animal Care Services (Pet Grooming)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, plan, and deliver engaging training and assessment in ACM30122 Certificate III in Animal Care Services.
- Facilitate training for diverse groups, catering to various learning needs.
- Maintain high-quality student records and competencies in line with academy policies.
- Develop and sustain positive relationships with students, enhancing their learning experience.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Relevant qualification in Animal Care Services.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in Animal Care Services is preferred.
- Familiarity with Student Management Systems (SMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous.
- Competence in Microsoft Office suite.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring in the field of animal care.
- Energetic, proactive, and knowledgeable about current industry practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Committed to personal growth and continuous improvement in training methods.
