**Nextt** is seeking a committed and experienced **Female Support Worker** to provide in-home care to a **female client** living independently in **Toukley, NSW**. This role includes personal care, health-related supports, and assistance with daily routines.

**Shifts Available**

**Week 1**:

- **Morning Shifts (2 support workers)**:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday - 8:00am to 10:00am
- **Lunch Shift (1 support worker)**:
Monday - 1:00pm to 3:00pm
- **Bed Shift (1 support worker)**:
Tuesday - 7:00pm to 9:00pm

**Week 2**:

- **Morning Shifts (2 support workers)**:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 8:00am to 10:00am
- **Lunch Shift (1 support worker)**:
Friday - 1:00pm to 3:00pm

**Duties and Responsibilities**
**Morning Shift (8:00am - 10:00am)**:

- Personal care
- Bowel care and catheter care
- Hoist transfers and manual handling
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Medication administration
**Lunch Shift (1:00pm - 3:00pm)**:

- Catheter care
- Meal preparation
- Medication
- Repositioning as required
**Bed Shift (7:00pm - 9:00pm)**:

- Assistance with evening routine and personal care
- Hoist transfers
- Catheter care
- Medication administration
**Pay Rates - SCHADS Award Level E3.1 (Casual)**:

- **Base hourly rate**: $35.15
- **Afternoon shift (ends 8pm-midnight, Mon-Fri)**: $38.67
- **Active night shift (finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Mon-Fri)**: $39.37
- **Saturday**: $49.21
- **Sunday**: $63.27
- **Public Holiday**: $77.33

**Essential Requirements**
- Female support worker (genuine occupational requirement under Section 31 of the Anti-Discrimination Act)
- Experience with personal care, manual handling, and in-home supports
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Manual Handling and Medication Training (desirable)
- Driver's Licence (desirable)
