The Opportunity We are recruiting for a Quality Systems Specialist - Internal Auditor to be part of Audit & Assurance Team. In this role you will report to the Functional Excellence, Audit & Assurance Manager - Quality and will be an integral part of the Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) Quality Team. You will provide support to the Audit & Assurance Team in the planning and execution of the QMS internal and supplier audit program. This role is based in either Brisbane or Amberley.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and conduct system, process and product audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and report results to management.
- Prepare and maintain internal audit deliverables including working papers, report, audit findings, status updates and analysis of key trends.
- Provide assistance with facilitating risk discussions and workshops with the business.
- Coach internal team members, as appropriate, to enhance employee performance through expansion of skills and capabilities.
- Manage relationships within the broader Quality Team and with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.

Experience/Qualification
- Minimum Internal Auditor qualification, ideally Lead Auditor qualified.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Quality Auditor with proven skills in developing, implementing and conducting complex audit reviews.
- Working knowledge of ISO 31000 & ISO 17025 favourable.
