Your key focus will be to deliver a safe and efficient carpark experience to all guests who visit our property.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections as one of the first and last interactions our guests will experience.A few of your responsibilities:Manage the Car Park Desk ensuring exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming demeanourProcess payments and validate parking tickets for members, guests and team membersMonitor car park capacity, ensuring parking regulations are adhered toReplenishment and maintenance of ticket terminalsMaintaining a safe and orderly carpark environmentWhat are we looking for:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsComputer literacy in Microsoft Excel and WordA friendly, approachable, and professional attitudeAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights and holidaysAbout you:To excel in this role, you must possess a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism.Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our guests experience at The Star.
