**Job Type**: Full-Time, Part-Time, Casual
**Salary**: As per Fast Food Industry Award ($27-$33 per hour)**
**Expected Hours**: 4 - 38 per week

As a Shift Leader, you’ll oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure excellent service and food quality for every guest.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Assisting with staff training and development.
- Managing shift schedules and ensuring smooth operations.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and WHS standards.
- Supporting inventory management and reporting.

- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role in hospitality or retail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
