***About the Position**

***We are looking to welcome a**Therapy Services Coordinator** to lead the Safe Healing Therapy Service to enhance mental health outcomes for families impacted by domestic and family violence and sexual violence.**

***:

- **Full time opportunity.**:

- **Level 7** under the SCHCADS award. Salary range is $119,094 - $124,074 plus super.**:

- **Government funded until 30 June 2026 with possible extension.**

***_Key responsibilities of the role include:_**

***:

- **Lead a team to deliver quality outcomes within a culture focused on impact, accountability and innovation.**:

- **Provide supervision and leadership for team members, with a focus on practice excellence.**:

- **Establish and maintain collaborative sector partnerships to enable seamless service delivery.**:

- **Respond and manage referrals into the service, intake, waitlist management & allocation to therapists.**

***About You**

***:

- **Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and registration as needed (psychology, social work, counselling).**:

- **At least five years’ experience in a therapeutic/recovery setting working with children, young people and their families who have been impacted by child sexual abuse, family domestic and sexual violence.**:

- **Demonstrated ability leading and building a strong, cohesive team.**:

- **Management experience within a therapeutic service delivery context.**

- **Current driver’s licence.**:

- **Legally able work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).**
