**Your new role**

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Undertake ongoing compliance activities in relation to licences and provide advice to the Registrar and Minister in relation to any actions required.
- Support the relevant company teams in the ongoing operation of the regulatory regime.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders within Government and industry on regulatory matters.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Demonstrated specialist technical skills and knowledge in one or more key areas including:

- Structural, mechanical and/or electrical engineering with a focus on offshore wind or other large scale onshore renewable energy technologies.
- Project management of offshore wind or other large scale offshore or onshore renewable energy developments including planning, construction, commissioning, operations, maintenance and/or decommissioning.
- Technical standards for the design, operation and maintenance of renewable energy generation and transmission infrastructure.
- Commercial structures and financing of offshore wind or other large scale offshore or onshore renewable energy developments.
- Regulatory approvals associated with offshore wind or other large scale offshore or onshore renewable energy developments.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in disciplines such as project management, engineering, economics or accounting.
- Demonstrated ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams and identify issues relevant across all facets of project development and delivery.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) as well as a proven ability to lead projects, as well as work within a team, and manage/ mentor/ supervise /develop staff or team members.
