A rare opportunity is available for an experienced Retail Store Manager to join us to develop and lead our team at Myer Adelaide.

To succeed in this role you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable experience for our customers.

**This is a full time position and you will need to have the flexibility to be able to work over the weekends and late night trade if required.**

Experienced in Menswear preferred (not essential as training will be provided).

If you understand the challenges of volume retail and love to chase sales this could be right up your alley

You should be a confident team leader, who possess strong leadership skills and be able to motivate their staff, have experience in high end customer service and fantastic organizational skills.

**DUTIES**

Assisting customers to find the perfect items for their occasion

Daily management of stock to minimize stock loss and maximize sales

Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes

Develop and train your team to increase productivity

**SKILLS + EXPERIENCE**

Previous management experience, preferably in retail

Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience

Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targets

**Salary**: $53,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Management: 2 years (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
