**About the Organisation**
A small culturally specific aged care home which has been operational for nearly 30 years. With this small facility comes a warm, friendly environment and a close knit team.

**About you**:
You will be a Registered Nurse Division 1 with extensive experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator and wanting to take the next step in your career or an experienced Clinical Manager looking for your next role.

**You will have**:

- a minimum of four years’ clinical experience with a focus on the provision of person centred care
- the ability to provide management with a quality framework to deliver high quality care and services to support and meet the individual needs of residents and families
- advanced skills in management with a quality framework to uphold the principles of best practice, providing leadership in the continuous improvement of the aged care home
- proven skills in monitoring for effectiveness of high quality care and services and achieve success in the management of accreditation
- well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- the capacity to manage in a highly pressured environment and ability to exercise sound judgment in complex situations
- demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- sound technical skills including familiarity with the use of clinical systems
- a current AHPRA registration (without restrictions)
- a current police clearance
- evidence of COVID and influenza vaccinations
