Our Adelaide office is expanding and we are seeking a passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to come on board and join our successful, multi-disciplinary team, where we have a fantastic team culture and dedication to career development opportunities plus much more

**The role involves**:

- Supporting people to recover and return to work and pre-injury activities using your clinical skills and knowledge;
- Conducting a range of different assessment services including: Initial, Vocational Career Counselling, Suitable Employment and Vocational Assessments;
- Case management across various jurisdictions including RTWSA, Life Insurance, CTP and private industry;
- Job Seeking to assist with re-deployment following injury or illness;
- Liaison with health professionals, Doctors, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

**About you**:

- Rehabilitation Counsellor with Full or Associate ASORC Membership, Nurse with AHPRA registration or Social Worker registered with Australian Association of Social Workers;
- Interested or experienced in vocational rehabilitation service provision;
- Current Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain);
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal;
- Excellent time management;
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving;
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
