Stellarossa is a Cafe & Drive Thru Cafe franchise brand with 24 locations across Queensland. Based in Kelvin Grove, we're a team of passionate professionals focused on supporting our network to consistently provide an excellent Guest Experience to every visitor, while also ensuring our Franchise Partner's cafe business investments are sustainable and rewarding.

With strong expansion plans well underway, the part-time Sales, Leasing & CRM Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales and Leasing functions of the business to grow the brand by;
- Managing sales listings across various channels;
- Maintaining and optimising the CRM database and functions;
- Serving as the first point of contact for new leads including both potential franchise partners and site agents / landlords with potential sites;
- Creating and maintaining accurate documentation and records for all sales and leasing related activities.

Experience with any of the common CRM platforms is required (e.g. Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign). Familiarity with Google Workspace including Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Analytics, and Ads, as well as the Microsoft suite of products, is also required.

Experience using AI-assisted tools such as content generators, copywriters and voice agents will be highly regarded, as will intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe and/or Canva for professional document creation and editing.

The role is part-time (20 hours per week) and based in our Kelvin Grove office. The 20 hours are to be worked between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. The specific days and times will be mutually agreed upon, provided the chosen schedule remains consistent from week to week.
