As a Leasing Agent at Hive – Kelvin Grove, you'll play a key role in attracting and securing tenants for our rental properties. You'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting property viewings and presenting units to prospective tenants
  • Assisting applicants through the leasing process
  • Reporting maintenance issues to the Maintenance Team
  • Supporting property management and ensuring compliance standards are met
  • Collaborating closely with the Leasing Coordinator, Maintenance Team, and Property Operations

We have multiple Casual Leasing Agent positions available, with shifts offered on weekdays and Saturdays during peak periods (January - February, June-July, and October–December).

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • QLD Real Estate Qualification: Hold or can acquire a valid and current Registration
  • Certificate lodged with the Office of Fair-Trading QLD
