**Job requirements**:
**- Full current TAS driver’s licence.**

**- Full current police check**

**- Ability to use a mobile proof of delivery device.**

**- Ability to use a computer and other electronic devices on-site and remotely (ie. Detrack POD).**

**- Administrative/office duties in assistance with warehouse supervisor.**

**- Assist the warehouse manager in any additional duties they require**

**- Organise freight/3PL arrangements in partnership with our courier programs**

**- Stock management/control systems**

**- Replenishment of stock in warehouse and medical rooms**

**- Inwards goods areas, receipting and checking stock, loading into our EXO IT systems**

**- Picking and checking accuracy of minimum 98%**

**- Liaise with carriers to co-ordinate inwards goods**

**-Safe and effective use of forklift in a shared space (outside and in the warehouse)**

**-Meeting all safety training and OHS standards for using a forklift in a shared space**

**-Accurately managing inwards goods and warehouse storage processes**

**-Accurately receipting inwards goods into company computer system**

**- A good understanding of the Tasmanian area, local & regional road networks.**

**- Physically fit and able to lift cartons regularly.**

**- You must maintain a current Covid & flu vaccination (Covid vaccinations must be maintained as per government mandates for healthcare workers).**

**Work Realities**:
**- Meet customer expectations.**

**- Advise potential delivery failures to your warehouse supervisor before leaving customer site.**

**- Responsible for delivering correct cartons to each customer.**

**- Responsible for care of the vehicle and reporting of maintenance issues to your manager.**

**- Responsible for all OH&S adherence.**

**- Must be always in company identifiable clothing (provided) when delivering to facilities.**

**- Representing the best interests of the company to our customers.**

**- Responsible for the Cleanliness of company vehicle (inside & out) - including washing / detailing.**

**- You may also be required to participate in both warehouse duties and office administrative tasks.**

**Work Place**:
**- You will be required to perform these duties and any other duties the employer may assign to you, having had regard to your skills training and experience.**

**Additional Entitlements**

**- You will be provided with a company uniform to wear during working hours.**

**Reporting to**:
**Tasmanian Warehouse Supervisor.**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 32 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
