**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Tasks**:

- Provide support to the Immigration Lawyers and Management;
- Check and collate client’s documentation;
- Research and prepare timely and accurate advice regarding visa options under supervision;
- Maintain client’s data and compliance of clients’ records;
- Ownership and accountability of client matters

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Attention to detail;
- Clear and concise communication;
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised;
- Enjoyment from working in a small business environment with a flexible approach;
- Organisational and time management skills;
- Team player;
- Adaptability;
- Critical thinking skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive;
- Knowledge of Migration Manager Software;
- 2 years of industry experience (Corporate Immigration);
- Decision making skills;
- Portuguese/Spanish language is a plus.

**Work Arrangements/Details**:

- Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm
- Permanent & full-time position
- Location: Sydney 2000
- Salary: $62,500.00 per year plus uncapped commission

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney City, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
