Join a leading private health company as an interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and lead their Corporate Services team during a crucial phase of growth and transformation. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact by providing strategic financial leadership and driving operational excellence.

Based in South Brisbane this role is starting as a three-month contract and great for someone who is looking for an interim role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all financial activities, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior executives and the Board of Directors.
- Lead the Corporate Services team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimisation.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within the healthcare industry or privately owned business.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
