Essential requirements:

- Australian working rights
- Current NSW RSA certificate
- 2+ years of employment experience in a fine dining venue
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Formal hospitality qualifications
- Customer service focused
- Ability to work autonomously and well within a team environment.

Responsibilities include managing your section during service, providing menu recommendations, taking accurate orders, checking for dietary requirements, communicating with FOH & BOH, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Experience in gueridon/tableside service and proficiency in Italian cuisine are viewed favourably.

We offer a competitive salary package of $70,000 - $75,000 per annum + Super, a generous share of tips, exciting career prospects, and ongoing training and development.

You'll also be eligible for F&B staff discounts across Crown Sydney and Ormeggio Group venues as well as retail and accommodation staff discounts at Crown Sydney.
