**The Position**
- St John of God Subiaco Hospital is a world-class private hospital offering the highest quality medical and surgical care in a warm and welcoming environment. - We have an exciting opportunity for a
- **Clinical Educator Oncology **to join our Learning and Development Team. As a member of the divisional Learning and Development team, responsible for the delivery, assessment and evaluation of Learning and Development programs and activities that reflect best practice standards to achieve excellence in service. Our Oncology Services provide clinical expertise, compassionate care and support to patients and their loved ones.
- This is on a Permanent Part Time basis working 35 hours per fortnight

- A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Currently registered as a Health Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication and mentoring/coaching skills with the ability to engage with a diverse workforce.
- Effective conflict resolution, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of quality improvement and relevant Accreditation and licensing processes and associated links to learning and development programs that promote quality service delivery and safety.
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems, blended learning strategies and a range of computer packages
- A minimum of 2 year’s experience in oncology
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or working towards (desirable)
- Post Graduate qualification in Oncology (desirable)
