**Description**:
About the role

Reporting to the National Finance Manager, this role forms an integral part of National Finance Team. The role is to keep our supplier accounts up to date and ensure that the company is charged correctly by reconciling suppliers’ statement, investigating invoice overs and unders against Purchase Orders, raising credit request to suppliers and liaising with our sales team and suppliers to resolve disputes.

**Duties will include**:
Maintaining generic accounts payable inbox and re-distributing information
Attending to supplier queries in relation to invoice disputes
Maintaining SQA (Supplier Query Application) and following up sales team for answers
Invoices overs/unders investigation
Producing credit requests to suppliers
Reversing credit requests and processing credit notes.
Monthly supplier statements reconciliation of all states
Producing outstanding PO reports (goods received but not invoiced) for all branches
Operating various systems Including AX, Oracle, and in-house built software e.g. Credit Return Request, SQA, Production Viewer, and goods inwards.
Accounts Payable support - Processing invoice payment run when required
Finance administration tasks such as company motor vehicle management
Any other tasks as assigned by Management to ensure the effective operation of the department
