Your role at St John of God Head to Health

This will be a client facing role where you will complete initial risk and mental state assessments, as well as ongoing brief therapeutic intervention.

The Position- Provide evidence based senior Social Work services to consumers/carers within the clinical specialty area/s.- Provide Social Work assessment, intervention and evaluation at an advanced practice level for complex and general caseload/s.- Ensures prioritisation and delegation of duties for own caseload and supervised caregivers.- Contributes to the evaluation of the Social Work Service and Clinical Specialty, to ensure continuous improvement

You will have the ability to work in various locations as operationally required if employed in a Community Services setting, along with a tertiary qualification in Social Work and eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Work.

To succeed, you will have senior clinical experience and leadership in a specialised area of clinical practice within a healthcare setting and eligible for Mental Health credentialing.

Undertaking professional supervision and/or mentor junior staff and developing evidence based, innovative clinical practices and initiation of quality improvement activities is essential.

We can offer you- Salary: $118,077 to $125,904 per annum, plus 11.5% Superannuation- Permanent full-time, working 38 hours per week- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as:
