Locum Social Workers & Psychologists - Mental Health Services

Location: Various Locations Across Regional Western Australia

Job Type: Contract (3, 6 & 12 months opportunities, with potential to extend)

Salary: $75 to $100 per hour depending on experience

About the Company

Our client is a respected leader in regional mental health services, known for delivering critical care across diverse communities. They are looking for Social Workers and Psychologists to support a range of mental health programs across WA.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Social Workers and Psychologists. You'll be responsible for providing specialist support in areas such as Adult Mental Health, Infant, CAMHS, Drug & Alcohol services, Corrections, and more. You'll be contributing to community-based or inpatient teams to improve mental health outcomes across regional locations.

In return, you will receive outstanding hourly rates or competitive fixed-term salaries, along with full travel assistance within WA and accommodation. Flexible contract durations (typically 3, 6 or 12 months) with strong potential for extension.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in community or inpatient mental health
  • Full qualifications as a psychologist or Social Worker, with eligibility for relevant professional memberships
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check in the relevant state
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and professional initiative
