**the role**:
We're seeking a passionate Paid Social Specialist who delivers exceptional results and thrives in our collaborative, people-first culture. You'll live and breathe social media (in the best way possible) while working with high-profile clients who trust us with their brand, and precious ad spend.

**What You'll Do**:
Drive paid social campaigns, inform strategy, and oversee client performance. You'll need strong client relationship skills, full funnel paid social experience, proven paid performance results with strong ROAS expertise, and experience mentoring junior team members.

**Role Breakdown**:

- Paid Social Campaign Implementation (40%) - The fun stuff
- Client Relationship Management (20%) - The schmoozing
- Paid Social Strategy Development (15%) - The big brain energy
- Copywriting & Creative Management (15%) - The wordsmith magic
- Reporting (10%) - The necessary evil (but we make it fun)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional client service, exceeding KPIs, timelines, and budgets
- Generate strategic ideas that make clients go "Why didn't we think of that?"
- Create comprehensive reports with insights so good, clients love reading them
- Manage end-to-end paid social across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit (and whatever shiny new platform pops up next)
- Develop accurate scopes of work and monitor budgets like a hawk
- Execute strategy, media buying, ad copywriting, campaign building, optimisation, and reporting
- Oversee junior staff and help them become social media legends too
- Collaborate with our creative team to produce content that stops the scroll
- Stay current on trends and educate clients on emerging channels

**the experience**:

- At least 3.5 years' experience in paid social
- Agency side and eCommerce brand experience essential
- Experience with driving customised creative for each social channel (one size fits none)
- Strong skills in analysing campaign performance and developing insights for future growth
- Strategic thinking or experience in strategy development (big picture thinker required)
- Google Analytics knowledge essential
- Extensive experience in performance reporting
- Paid search and programmatic experience highly desirable (extra points for being well-rounded)
