**Job Description**:
The Department of Business Strategy and Innovation is a multi-disciplinary team with specialisms in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Information Systems/ Digital Business, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, International Business/ Asian Studies, and Management (incorporating business ethics, leadership, strategy and sustainability).

As a Lecturer in Business Management, you will be responsible for course development and delivery (online and/or on campus) at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The role will also contribute to the administration and management of teaching, including full course coordination and management of teaching teams, and continuous improvement of teaching materials and processes.
- This is a full time, continuing position based at the Griffith University Nathan campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University, there may be a requirement for you to work across other campus locations._

**About You**
In order to be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following selection criteria:

- A doctoral qualification in business management or related discipline. We also welcome applicants who are within 6 months of submitting their doctoral thesis for examination.
- The ability to foster an outstanding student experience and encourage active participation and engagement in learning and teaching across the program,
- Knowledge and skills in teaching and curriculum development in any of the disciplines in the Department.
- A developing track record, including research interests and an ongoing research program in any of the disciplines in the Department, including publications in leading academic journals
- A developing track record of industry engagement and impact of research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to working in a collegial manner, contributing to a positive culture and the aspiration of the Department and the University.

To perform this role, it is essential that the person who holds the position be an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person. **Salary Range**
The base salary for a Lecturer (Level B) position is in the range $100,137- $118,916 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation. The total package is in the range $117,160 - $139,132 per annum.
