- Establish a leadership and management framework that fosters and promotes the principles of quality security services, including leading and representing security services across the facilities within the portfolio.
- Provide specialist advice in relation to complex security matters to assist in the development of localised operational plans, new initiatives, whilst ensuring compliance with mandatory requirements including but not limited to the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) Accreditation Standards and National Protective Security Policy Framework to ensure the continued evolution of an improved security service.
- Initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders by providing sensitive/difficult information and expert advice in relation to security matters.
