An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated workforce coordinator to join Vanguard Health's rapidly growing recruitment business.

**Key duties of this role will include**:

- Working with the workforce team in sourcing nurses for Vanguard Health projects and public hospital roles
- Uncovering new opportunities to expand our current client base within QLD and Australia
- Development of strong referral networks and a robust nurses database

**Skills and experience required**:

- Experience working in a nursing\medical recruitment environment
- Exceptional relationship management, communication and negotiation skills
- High-level of organisation and time management skills
- Ambitious, determined with a resilient character
