**About the Role**:
We have 2 exciting opportunities within our Workplace Transformation Program for the role of Program Manager working in the Project Delivery unit within the Workplace Transformation team.

The role is a part of a supportive and collaborative team, driven to support the delivery of outcomes that directly impact our clients for the better. The Workplace Transformation Program is striving to improve the work environment for all staff and this role plays a vital part in achieving this goal.

The team encourages working flexibly. Regular metro travel relating to the role will be required. Some regional travel may be required.

**What you’ll do**:
As part of the Workplace Transformation team, you will report to the Senior Program Manager, and you are responsible for:

- Leading workplace refurbishment and relocation projects from end-to-end including project planning, procurement, vendor and contract management, delivery and transition to BAU.
- Conducting procurement activities including tender submissions and preparing tender evaluation reports.
- Preparing & maintaining project documentation for reporting, monitoring & evaluating purposes to drive project outcomes.
- Collaborating and negotiating with various teams to coordinate favourable outcomes for the program.
- Working with Business Engagement lead as required to communicate with stakeholders.
- Creating future-proof and best practice processes for the ongoing delivery of projects within the portfolio.
- A key challenge of this role is meeting deadlines and milestones to the required standards while simultaneously delivering multiple projects.

- Demonstrated ability to consult and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels to build strong collaborative relationships and drive mutual benefits and outcomes.
- Ability to be flexible and to show initiative and respond quickly when situations change.
- Proven experience in Workplace Project Delivery roles will be highly regarded.
