Contract opportunity for an experienced Desktop Support Officer with extensive O365 and SharePoint experience.

**Your new company**

**Your new role**
The successful applicant will be responsible for the ongoing support and training of the L1 Support Team whilst also providing extensive L2 Desktop Support. The role will have a strong focus on 0365 and SharePoint support and administration, and therefore extensive prior experience in this area is essential.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in the role you will need:

- Extensive Desktop Support experience
- 0365 support experience
- SharePoint support experience
- Ability to lead, mentor and train L1 Support Officers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
