**Disability Support Worker - Female Staff Required (Marsfield, NSW 2122)**

We are currently seeking a **reliable and experienced Female Disability Support Worker** to support a client based in **Marsfield, NSW 2122**.

**Trial Period**
- A **2-3 week paid trial** will be conducted to assess compatibility and suitability.

**Trial shifts**: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from **11:30 AM to 4:00 PM**.
- Upon successful completion of the trial, ongoing **24/7 shifts** will be available with a **flexible roster**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Cooking** nutritious meals (both **vegetarian and non-vegetarian**) based on the client’s preferences and dietary needs.
- Performing **cleaning and domestic chores** to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Providing **transportation** for the client to appointments, outings, or activities (must hold a valid driver’s licence).
- Supporting the client with structured routines and positive behaviour strategies.
- Encouraging **emotional wellbeing and independence**.

Keeping clear and professional records and communicating effectively with the support team.

**REQUIREMENTS - CHECKS/ CERTIFICATES**
- Cert III or Cert IV in Individual Support, Home & Community Care, Aged Care, Disability Care or higher or willing to work towards
- Current First aid and CPR qualification or willingness to obtain within three months
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- COVID-19 minimum 3 doses
- Infection control training completed
- Manual handling training completed
- NDIS Clearance Check
- Current and Valid Working with Children’s Check
- Current unrestricted and full driver's license
- Own a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
