**About the Opportunity**
Your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Responsible for providing care provision in accordance with residents individualised assessed care needs.
- Ensure resident care is within accordance to resident individualised care plan or as directed by RN and/or Care Manager.
- Reports all incidents in a timely manner to Registered Nurse or Care
- Complete all activities relating to Residents Care documentation Plans
- Timely notification of changes in resident care to RN in charge and/or Care Manager
- Ensure resident care is within the AIN scope of practice and as per Bolton Clarke Quality Management Committee.
**- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care
- Minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care desirable
- Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
- Strong passion for working with the elderly
- Current COVID & Annual Flu Vaccination (mandatory)
