**How will I help?**

We handle a variety of mortgage-related inquiries, including:

- **Pre-approval**: Assisting customers with getting pre-approved for a home loan.
- **Post-approval**: Supporting customers after loan approval, up to settlement.
- **Settlements**: Handling paperwork and finalising home loan agreements.
- **Servicing**: Providing ongoing support to customers after their loan has settled.

- Providing exceptional customer service and support.

**What do I need?**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- At least 12 months of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A passion for helping people and delivering excellent service.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- Happy to commute and work onsite at our Kogarah or Parramatta
