About Us:
Sass Athletics is a cheer, dance, and tumbling studio based in Morphett Vale, South Australia. We’re proud to provide high-quality training to individuals of all backgrounds, with a strong focus on inclusivity, empowerment, and community spirit.

Position:
Studio Administrator (Part-Time/Casual - hours negotiable)

Location: Sass Athletics, Morphett Vale SA

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting students and families with warmth and professionalism
- Processing enrolments and class bookings
- Maintaining attendance records and member databases
- Handling basic invoicing and payments
- Supporting the coaching team with scheduling, printing, and admin tasks
- Keeping the reception area clean, organised, and welcoming

About You:

- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Experience in customer service or admin roles preferred but not at all require.
- Passionate about the industry, fitness, or working with likeminded people is a bonus
