HR Bp or Manager Vertical Farming

An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced HR professional to join our award-winning site, supporting a diverse workforce of approximately 520 employees. Based in Mernda and reporting to the State Manager - Victoria (Vertical Farming), this pivotal role will work in close partnership with senior leaders to implement modern HR policies, programs, and systems that drive business performance and employee engagement.

We are seeking a proactive and driven HR practitioner with a solid foundation in human resources, ideally supported by a relevant tertiary qualification or currently studying towards one. Success in this role will require a collaborative mindset, the ability to build strong and trusted relationships across all levels, and a genuine commitment to cultivating a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
