**The Opportunity**
Ventia has been awarded the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) for the Government of South Australia.
The Service Delivery Coordinator will report to and assist the Service Delivery Lead in managing subcontractors in the delivery of services in support of the AGFMA contract based in Adelaide.
This is a permanent full-time role based at the Flinders Medical Centre.
**Key Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Actively support the Service Delivery Lead in the management of subcontractors in the delivery of services in support of the contract in compliance with safety and quality standards and assist in audits and inspections of work.
- Engage with the Contact Centre to support operational delivery in your allocated portfolio and work collaboratively on resolutions.
- Manage records and reporting to maintain proactive performance adherence of sub-contractors on site(s) and contracted services are delivered in accordance with scope of works.
- Working in consultation with the Asset team, monitor and report on the delivery of programmed works by subcontracted providers.
- Develop, foster and maintain positive working relationships with Agency, sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants.
- Contribute to budget management and financial reporting, engaging with the Finance team as required.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Relevant previous experience in a corporate facilities management environment as either the client or service provider.
- Knowledge, understanding and interest in the principles of facilities management.
- Demonstrable experience of interfacing with suppliers and agents to deliver results as measured against established KPI's or issue resolution.
- Demonstrable experience in controlling costs.
- Experience and knowledge of the management of purchasing and invoicing processes.
- Demonstrable knowledge of existing Health and Safety legislation and Regulations and their applicability to facilities management.
