**About the role**:
We are looking for experienced Support Workers who believe in second chances, and are passionate about supporting clients to re-integrate back into the community. You will be providing 1:1 assistance in daily living skills in our newly established SIL accommodation in Ivanhoe daily for 3 hours during evening time from 5 PM to 8 PM. There is a possibility of hours getting extended in the future.

**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum 1+ years experience within the disability, community services or similar
- Prefer applicants who have interest in fitness and cooking.
- Demonstrated experience supporting challenging behaviours (highly valued)
- Willingness to support clients with personal care, medications, community access, meal preparation, domestic chores and mealtime assistance.
- Certificate III or above in Disability Support or similar
- Must be available during evening hours.

**Mandatory Requirement -**
- Valid Victorian Driver’s License
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Manual Handling certificate
- Medication Administration certificate
- Victorian Working with Children’s Check
- National Police Check (obtained within last 6 months)
