**Job Description**:
The Infrastructure Advisory Leader, Australia will set the strategic direction and drive implementation to grow our brand and business of infrastructure advisory services across Australia.
You thrive on leading and developing a team; your idea of a job well done is to coach and mentor your team to the point that it’s a fluid, well-oiled machine - one that is fun, inclusive and provide support to each other.
You have the motivation to build and grow that team - and new business, engaging with your team members and stakeholders to properly understand your brief and then strategically leveraging the strengths of your team to produce the optimum results.
You embrace the new and different, and aren’t afraid to adjust your way of doing things to encompass those things to improve the way you, your team, and the larger business serve the client.
You believe the relationship with the client is paramount and forming a strong relationship with that client based on listening to their needs and meeting them the right way is the key to maintaining the client relationship.
You communicate well across all areas of the business and are a consummate influencer, able to steer stakeholders in a positive direction by breaking things down in a manner that even those without technical expertise can easily grasp.

Key Responsibilities
+ Proven business transformation experience
+ Demonstrated experience growing a business (or new service offering)
+ Proven experience in winning and delivering advisory projects and programs
+ Demonstrated collaborative influencing skills
+ Demonstrated innovation delivery
+ Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skill.
+ Knowledge of financial reporting (return on investment)
+ Experience working across ANZ business lines and international teams
+ Strong process minded focus, ability to simplify complex problems
**Qualifications**:
+ Degree in Economics, Planning, Accounting, Law, Engineering, Science, Information Management or similar
+ MBA, GAICD or other Master’s degree (desirable)
