**Due to major growth we are expanding our Technology team in Perth and currently looking for an IT Services Team Lead to join the team.**

As the **IT Services Team Lead**, you will be responsible for regional delivery of the global IT services strategy, including service SLAs, metrics, and performance in all operational regions.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Leads the delivery and reporting of service level metrics within established guidelines
- Champions a customer-centric culture within the wider IT services remit
- Ensures prompt and appropriate triage of incidents/requests throughout VGW
- Monitors and escalates security/system events to relevant stakeholders
- Maintains ownership of the user onboarding end-to-end process
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the business

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Experience leading a technical team
- Relevant industry qualifications (ITIL, Okta, AWS) - desired
- Experience contributing to a multi-disciplined technical environment
