**About Us**

Nathan Contractors is a civil engineering contractor, delivering specialised services in Australia's infrastructure market. Nathan delivers works for Energy, Bridge and roads, Dams, Water, and mining infrastructure projects with a focus on FRP Package of Projects. We work anywhere from northern QLD to Victoria.

**The Position**:
The Site Supervisor - FRP will be key to the success of our civil construction projects. As you oversee the Trades & labour, it will help maintain safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the concrete reinforcement and pouring phases. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage resources are critical for ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget while meeting all required standards.

**Conditions**:

- **Rosters**: 10/4
- **Camp Accommodation & Meals**: Camp facilities include rooms with ensuites, a recreation room, gym, small retail facilities, Wi-Fi, mess, wet mess, 24/7 security, and laundry.
- **FIFO / DIDO**:Depending on the project location.
- **SALARY**:Base + Super + Site Uplift

**Duties will include**:

- Arrangement of Plant, Labour & Material resources for the project
- Direction & Monitoring of Subcontractors & Suppliers
- Thorough understanding of OH&S
- Maintaining the daily record of site activities
- Reading Plans
- High Level communication with Internal & External Stakeholders

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experienced in FRP as a Site Supervisor
- Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or Similar
- Experienced in the Concrete / Steel Fixing / Formwork / Earthworks.
- Implementation of quality control techniques
- Planning & management of daily tasks & activities / Ability to assist in managing several teams of employees across various projects.
- Intermediate Computer skills - MS Suite Word/Excel/Teams/Outlook
- Be innovative & a problem solver.
- Friendly personality & team player
- Great communicator, proactive & approachable

We will need you to provide documentation regarding your eligibility to work in Australia, such as a valid Australian passport, birth certificate, citizenship certificate, or current visa grant notification.
