**Job Description**:
As a member of the in-house Content Team, the core function of this role is to create and produce inspiring visual concepts and designs that communicate with the target audience and drives action. Working on a wide range of channels (including print, digital, social media, video and PowerPoint presentations etc) the role works closely with the Marketing Content Multi-Media Designer and Marketing Content Copywriter to support in development of marketing material across a range of brands that engages, educates, drives action and simplifies complex life insurance products. This role requires someone who's creative, shows initiative, is keen to build their skills and is energised by challenge as the marketing and life insurance landscape is constantly shifting.

In this role you will:

- Work closely with stakeholders within Marketing to discuss requirements and understand briefs.
- Follow direction from the Multi-Media Designer to support with design and creative concepting.
- Present ideas and design options for stakeholder review. Revise designs in line with feedback.
- Collaborate with the Copywriter to ensure the copy and design solution work together to achieve desired business outcomes.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you will have,
- Qualifications in Graphic Design.
- Life Insurance industry experience or experience in a highly regulated industry desirable.
- Minimum 1+ years graphic design experience with a portfolio of work.
- Skilled in designing for web, digital and print channels.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Good working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS desired.
- Knowledge of video editing software and animation is favourable.
