**About the company**
You are looking at a business who have cemented their name as one of our top tier pioneers in the energy efficiency markets nationwide and are known as one of the more astute, organised, and reputable providers in the space who have been operating for over 10 years and are on an aggressive curb of growth.
The key difference with this organisation is that they are an Accredited Certificate Provider which is a licence only a handful of energy efficiency businesses in Australia can obtain. From that they have very strong operational procedures, regiments, processes, project management and compliance; which all extrapolates in to their daily function and culture, making them a cut above the rest in the industry.
For this division ,they're serving the residential markets with the very best in energy efficient power products that are in line with state and federal government offerings which include; heat hot water pumps, air-conditioning & induction cooktops. The organisation also do Commercial and Industrial projects for solar, heat pumps and energy upgrades, but this role is focussed on their residential division which is their biggest generator.

**The position**
This is a rarely recruited and prized position which is managing the sales team that are off-shore & on-shore who operate solely in a call centre environment, delivering these products and making sales (FREE to the customer) over the phone. The team are based off-shore with team managers over there who are under your remit.
Summary of responsibilities:
- Leading a team of over the phone sales consultants offshore and here in Aus
- Having a team of over 15 to start with and scaling up to over 50 then to 100
- All of the recruiting is handled by the offshore BPO who are the sales force for this operation
- Product offering to the residential market is FREE as the government subsidise the energy efficient products to the residential market to reduce environmental impact in line with our net-zero 2050 targets
- You will be planning the blueprint for the sales processes, training, onboarding, coaching, quality assurance and overall sales model for your sales staff
- You will be monitoring numbers, staff performance, sales quality and outcomes
- You will be managing the overall delivery of sales against budgets monthly
- You will have team managers and team leaders under your remit through the scaling up
- Executing the sales operating model that can be put on to paper for the roadmap of how consultants will start and succeed to achieve success
- Leads and data are provided both a mix of outbound and inbound
- Working closely with senior management and marketing
- Working from the West Melbourne based office location daily
- Earning monthly commission from your division

**The experience needed**
To be considered for this role you need to be coming from any related space within a call centre or phone sales environment where you have managed a team of sales consultants and have been responsible for formulating process, quality, training and procedure.
Coming from a related call centre style industry such as electricity and gas, insurance, home improvements or any other related space where you have managed large sales teams and played a key role in designing the sales processes is ideal.
Some related industries could be, but not limited to: finance, energy, higher education, investments, property, electricity, gas, home improvements, blinds, shutters, pools, fencing or other related things.
Key areas of experience are:
- Sales Management of call centre / phone sales teams
- Experience managing teams of several staff and headcount
- Experience in training, coaching and mentoring sales
