We are seeking experienced Personal Care Workers with community care experience who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful, and high-quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home. **_ "Our Mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve.”_** This role will report to the Right at Home Perth South Care Manager, operating in the community and from our office in Winthrop. - Ability to provide personal and domestic care - A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people - Excellent written and verbal skills - The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team - High level of time management and organisational ability - Willingness to participate in further education opportunities **Your primary responsibilities include**: - Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene tasks. - Mobility Support: Helping clients with mobility, including transferring from bed to wheelchair, walking, and positioning. - Medication Assistance: Prompting prescribed medication administration and monitoring health conditions as directed. - Companionship: Providing emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversation, and participating in activities to enhance the client’s quality of life. - Transport: Accompanying Right at Home Perth South clients into the community for a variety of appointments, commitments and socialisation activities.
