We are looking for a **Handmade Pasta Maker** to join our kitchen team. Whether you're looking for a full-time position or a more flexible, casual role, we have the opportunity for you to bring your expertise to a growing, dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and create a variety of fresh pasta from scratch.
- Work with high-quality, fresh ingredients to create exceptional pasta products
- Ensure consistent quality and portion control for all pasta dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to streamline production and ensure timely orders
- Assist with pasta preparation and kitchen tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience making handmade pasta, preferably in a professional kitchen
- Passion for Italian cuisine and traditional cooking techniques
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality pasta
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexible schedule (availability for both full-time and casual hours)

How to Apply:
